About Us

Birdsfoot Farm features local and pesticide-free vegetables, artisan breads, free-range eggs, honey and more. Our vegetables are picked at the peak of ripeness and brought to market for sale within 24 hours. Our baked goods are made with the highest quality ingredients, many of which are from our gardens. We raise our bees naturally and allow our chickens to range freely around our 14 acre farm.

We recycle, compost and use green products whenever possible. By choosing to grow our produce naturally, without chemical pesticides or fertilizers we promote a healthy relationship with the natural world. By choosing to purchase goods from our farm, you support a local farm family, actively help to protect our natural resources, and build community!

Birdsfoot Farm is locally owned and operated by Scot and Amy Serafin. Scot holds a Master's Degree in Forestry and Amy holds a Master's in Plant and Soil Science. Both have experience with large scale land management and restoration as well as backyard gardening. With a desire to stay home and raise her family, Amy began re-imaging ways in which to earn a buck and be a force for healing both nature and community in her little corner of the world. Soon after, Birdsfoot Farm was born!
