Amusement Rides & Attractions
This program provides for the inspection of all amusement rides and attractions to ensure the safety of the equipment. This includes, for example, amusement parks, mobile carnivals, go-cart tracks, restaurant play courts, and water parks. Each company/operator must submit an annual application and payment for a permit in order to operate their business and comply with state laws. |
