John's Grillin' Sauce HOT OFF THE GRILL! Southern Style Meat Pie. You'll need: 1 pound Kentucky Proud ground beef 1 small Kentucky Proud onion 1 11 ounce can vegetable beef soup 1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup John's Grillin' Sauce 3 medium Kentucky Proud potatoes, cubed 1/2 package mixed frozen vegetables 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper pasty for 9 inch double-crust pie Cook beef and onions until beef is no longer pink; drain. Add all other ingredients. Divide between 2 ungreased crust-lined pie plates. Top with crust and seal edges; cut slits in top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let stand on wire rack 15 minutes before serving. Yield: 2 pies, 6 servings each.

Garlic Roasted Chicken with Lemon You'll need: 5 cloves Kentucky Proud garlic, chopped 3/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 tablespoon pepper 1 tablespoon oregano 1/4--1/2 cup oil 1 cup John's Grillin' Sauce 8-10 pieces Kentucky Proud chicken Combine first 7 ingredients for marinade. Marinate chicken overnight or all day. Cook chicken on grill, basting with marinade. Or you may bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Baste as desired. --Recipes courtesy of 2165 Mt.
