1 1/2 pounds ground round

1/4 cup finely shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon dry mustard

3/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 teaspoons lemon zest

2 cloves garlic, minced

cooking spray

Bluegrass Steaks & Everything Sauce to cover (approximately 1/2 to 3/4 cup)

Combine all ingredients except cooking spray and Sauce in a bowl; mix well.  Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.  Place on broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.  You just might have to taste one to check if done.

Place meatballs in warming dish/electric skillet/crock-pot turned on low/warm.
