Broadbent's Country Ham wrapped Chicken Breast

You'll need:

1 whole chicken breast, boned and cut in half

2 slices Broadbent Country Ham dinner steaks

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 small can sliced mushrooms

1 tablespoons dry white wine (do not use cooking wine!)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees, no hotter.  Wrap each half chicken breast with a slice of country ham and secure with toothpicks.  Place in a shallow greased baking dish.  Pour the undiluted soup into a bowl and briskly stir the mushrooms and wine into it.  Pour the mixture over the chicken breast and bake for 2-2 1/2 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and the juices run clear.
