You'll need: Slaw Ingredients 1 large head of Kentucky Proud cabbage, shredded 2 large sweet onions, diced 1 Kentucky Proud green bell pepper, diced 1 Kentucky Proud sweet red bell pepper, diced 1 1/2 cups sugar Dressing Ingredients 4 teaspoons sugar 1 cup cider vinegar 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon salt Mix onions and peppers together in a small bowl. Layer cabbage, onion and pepper mixture until filled to top of slightly sealed shallow container. Do not mix. Pour 1 1/2 cups sugar over slaw. Combine dressing ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over slaw mixture while still hot. Do not stir. Refrigerate while hot. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving. Yields 10 servings
