River Valley Agritourism Alliance
Purpose
The purpose of the Alliance should be to plan and implement programs to benefit farmers by the promotion of agritourism operations and related businesses for the economic well being of the region.
Membership
Annual membership shall be extended to any person, institution, organization, agency, or business interested in home or farm-based business or related businesses that pays dues to the Alliance.
Classification of Members:
Voting Members – Active Member and Supportive Member
Non-Voting Members - Contributing Member, Associate Member, and Junior Member.
Dues
Active and Supportive membership - $25
Junior membership - $5
Contributing membership - $50
Associate membership – Free
Benefits
The group promotes products produced, on site visits, events, festivals, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, rodeos, farmers markets, greenhouses and many other activities.
Counties Involved
River Valley Agritourism Alliance shall include the following counties in Kentucky: Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas, Robertson and others as requested.
