Our Products

At Dogwood Spring, almost entirely open polinated varieties are grown. Dogwood Spring Farm does not use any genetically modified seeds. Certified organic seeds are purchased when available, and many varieties are now saved on the farm. Some of the vegetables grown here include: arugala, artichokes, basil, boc choy, chinese cabbage, red and green cabbage, many varieties of lettuce, spinach, broccoli, snap peas, potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, green beans and more!

About us

Located way out in the country, on a ridge over looking the Cumberland River, Dogwood Spring has been certified organic for 11 years. We practice a sustainable form of farming developed in Europe which combines peasant farming wisdom with new ways of working with nature. It is called biodynamics.

Dogwood Spring is also home to Rural Center for Responsible Living, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting organic and biodynamic farming and gardening, small scale agriculture and local food production through out Kentucky.
