Our operations are currently capable of blending over 200,000 lbs of product, packaging over 300,000 lbs of product and shipping over 500,000 lbs of product per day. This capacity, in conjunction with fully equipped Quality Control labs in all facilities, in-house label printing capabilities and voluntary certification by the American Institute of Baking, allow us to respond to virtually every dry mix need.
