About us

We are a small family operation on 17 acres located in northern Bourbon County. Fryman Farm Produce has been owned for more than 45 years located in the small village of Shawhan just 1 and half miles from US27 near the Bourbon and Harrison county line.

After years of growing a large garden and sharing with neighbors, the decision was made to start a farm based company. With over 50 years of combined farming experience we began growing and selling farm fresh vegetables and country eggs through the Kentucky Proud program. Business has been very good and our customer base continues to grow. We invite you to visit us at our local farmers markets in Harrison and Bourbon Counties and shop from our farm store right here on the farm.

As a member of the Kentucky Proud family we participate with the WIC and Senior Voucher Programs thru our local farmers markets. We have been very blessed to have served large companies such as ED Bullard and Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana in the past to now serving the following counties with our CSA program. We currently offer our customized CSAs to customers is Bourbon, Clark, Harrison and Montgomery counties. We enjoy attending events such as "The Taste of Harrison County" and "A Day with the Chef" at the Harrison County Farmers Market.
