• Payment Confirmation Statement (doc) - For payments submitted to our office

MENTOR FORMS

KAFC requires all Beginning Farmer and Diversification through Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness Loan applicants to identify a mentor that will support them in the development of their farming/business operation. The mentor will simply serve as an outside advisor to the applicant as they implement their business plan.
