AMUSEMENT RIDES

This program provides for the inspection of all amusement rides and attractions to ensure the safety of the equipment. This includes, for example, amusement parks, mobile carnivals, air inflatables, go-cart tracks, restaurant play courts and water parks. Each company/operator must submit an annual application, insurance, itinerary, and payment for a permit in order to operate their business and comply with state laws.

ATTENTION: REGISTERED USERS

The old method of submitting itineraries is currently not being monitored.

You must submit all itineraries via the new online portal which can be found here: https://www.kyagr-apps.com/AgExternal/Security/Account/Login.

Once you are logged in click the Launch button under the Amusement section. Then click on add itinerary to finish your submission.

You should have received it including the instructions with the renewal package that was sent to you in February 2023.
