KENTUCKY PROUD AT-COST PROGRAM

Due to statute establishing a special promotional fund (KRS 246.245), the Kentucky Department of Agriculture can purchase promotional and marketing items in bulk. These items are then offered to Kentucky Proud members at cost, allowing producers and retailers to proudly display that they are "Kentucky Proud."

Ordering: There are two ways to order items: 

• Online: Visit our NEW Online At-Cost Storefront. 
• By Phone: Call the Office of Agricultural Marketing At-Cost Program at (502)782-4136 between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM ET – 4:30 PM ET.

Payments: We accept all major debit/credit cards and checks.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase/ordering.

• We do not bill or invoice.
• Orders are fulfilled once payment is received.

Order Processing & Pickup 

• Orders are processed daily.
• If you plan to pick up your order in Frankfort, please call (502)782-4136 to schedule a pickup time.
• There are select events where Kentucky Department of Agriculture staff are in attendance and orders may be picked up onsite. Please select from the drop-down menu pickup locations.
