Import requirements

ALL:

• Official ID required (i.e. Scrapie tag [plastic/metal], EID/RFID/840 or other country code tag, registration tattoo with papers)
• Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by an accredited veterinarian within 30 days prior to entry

• Import Permit not required, unless originating from MICHIGAN (see below)

ALL OTHER PURPOSES (SALE, BREEDING, ETC.)

• Import Permit shall be obtained and recorded on CVI by issuing veterinarian at 502-573-0282 OR online HERE
