IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
- Official ID required (i.e. Scrapie tag)
- Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued by an accredited veterinarian within 30 days prior to entry
- ALL PURPOSES, EXCEPT EXHIBITION: Import Permit shall be obtained and recorded on CVI by issuing veterinarian at 502-573-0282 OR online HERE
- EXHIBITION ONLY: Import Permit not required
