Jalapeño's used in the jellies are raised in our backyard garden and grown for us by local from KY Farms. Jalapeño''s are fresh picked and made in small batches for the best quality. Herbs are grown in our garden or grown for us by local KY Farms
We make several rubs, dipping spices with our dried herbs. We dry and package the Herbs. No pesticides used. Fresh Sage, Rosemary and Thyme available all year round. Fresh Basil, Oregano and Chives are seasonal and we always have the dried herbs available. New products will be available in July 2014 to include a Bloody Mary Mix, BBQ Sauce and a new sweet heat condiment.
