About us
Chiles and Such is a small family operation that specializes in over 50 varieties of hot and mild chile peppers available fresh, dried or as potted plants.
Our best seller is our tangy paprika. Freshly ground paprika is aromatic and intensely flavorful... Nothing like the paprika found in the grocery store! Also we are one of the few farms that grow genuine New Mexico Green Chile.
Throughout the year, you can enjoy Chiles and Such products such as Hot Salt, Hot Pepper Flakes, Chili Powder with two levels of heat. Powders from green chile, cayenne, and ancho are also available.
