About us
At Backcreek farms we focus on producing quality Boer breeding stock. We currently have 50 does in production. We have available both percentage and fullblood doe kids. We also have several kids available for 4-H goat projects.
Our cattle are grazed intensively all summer and receive very little concentrate feeds. We currently sell one tractor trailer load of cattle per year to be finished in the West. However, we would like to sell some of our cattle locally and can arrange delivery to a slaughterhouse in the surrounding area.
Our management practices allow us to offer our customers premium animals at quality prices. By managing our forages, using intensive grazing techniques, and vaccinating our animals against disease we are able to offer productive, healthy livestock to meet the needs of Kentucky's informed, discriminating citizens
