The Kentucky Proud Expo will provide sales opportunities for both wholesale buyers and the public. It will be held September 12th at The Venue at Evans Orchard. A limited number of spaces are available. Please submit your application below and mail a check made out to the Kentucky State Treasurer along with a copy of your Insurance Certificate of Product Liability to:
