Effective July 1, 2008 unidentified sheep and goats will not be allowed to be unloaded and sold at a Kentucky Livestock Market.
They must be identified with a Scrapie animal ID ear tag or other official individual animal ID, including registration tattoo prior to marketing or any change of ownership. (more)
