| The positive response from teachers and the agriculture community to these workshops is overwhelming. Communities with KAEC teachers are seeing productive relationships fostered between the schools and members of the local community through classroom visits to farms and businesses. Activities that develop from KAEC provide a cooperative forum for our young people to examine issues relating to agriculture, the environment, and the economy. As a result, they become better informed citizens. |
