The Division of Value-Added Animal and Aquaculture Production is responsible for developing new market opportunities, expanding and enhancing existing markets and gathering market intelligence for all species of livestock and aquaculture enterprises. Staff works with individuals and companies through the entire range of opportunities, from farm production through the process of value added products sold at retail. Market information is disseminated weekly through the Division’s Market News branch in cooperation with local media outlets.
