Kentucky Proud Art Fair offers food and fun for the whole family
Special to KAN Online
Good Kentucky art, good Kentucky music and good Kentucky Proud food are on the menu at the first Kentucky Proud Art Fair June 21 at Good Foods Market & Café on Southland Drive in Lexington.
Local artists will be on hand to display and sell their art. Local musicians will offer live music. Kentucky Proud producers will have burgers, hot dogs and Italian sausages on the grill in honor of Slow Food Bluegrass. Inside, the Café will serve its signature homemade fresh squeezed lemonade, and other cold, fresh beverages. Children will enjoy special activities just for them, including complimentary face painting.
The hot buffet will also pay special tribute to Slow Food Bluegrass. The lunch and dinner menu will offer the freshest ingredients brought to the kitchen by local farmers.
