FRANKFORT (Aug. 14, 2018) — Governor’s Office of Agricultural Policy (GOAP) Executive Director Warren Beeler has announced the promotion of Sadie Middleton to Loan Programs Manager and appointment of Danielle Milbern to Administrative Loan Manager.

“I am proud to promote Ms. Middleton, as her degree in economics will be a good fit for the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation (KAFC),” said Warren Beeler, GOAP executive director. “She has proven herself as an intern and more recently in her dedication with compliance and assistance with KAFC.”

As Loan Programs Manager, Middleton will be responsible for processing new KAFC loan applications, including loans originating with the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board (KADB).

Prior to this appointment, Middleton most recently held the role of Compliance Manager with responsibility for ensuring reporting compliance for various KADB programs.

“I look forward to continuing my time as a GOAP team member and appreciate the opportunity to learn more about Kentucky agriculture and the KAFC,” said Middleton.

Middleton is a 2018 graduate of Transylvania University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. A native of Nelson County, she currently resides in Lexington.

As a result of Middleton’s promotion, GOAP has announced the hiring of Danielle Milbern as Administrative Loan Manager.

As Administrative Loan Manager, Milbern will be responsible for servicing loans after KAFC Board approval and disbursement of funds.

“Ms. Milbern’s background and degree will fit the ever changing needs at GOAP,” Beeler said. “She is very involved in Fayette County Farm Bureau and Kentucky Young Farmers and her willingness to help and openness to learn makes us proud to have her as part of our team.”

Milbern is a 2018 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. A native of Fayette County, she currently resides in Lexington. \

“I am excited to serve GOAP and the Commonwealth in this new capacity,” Milbern said.
