Upload to your IPHONE OS

Download the ringtone from the KY Department of Agriculture website
- If it’s a .zip file (on Windows), right-click → Extract All to unzip it
- The ringtone file will typically have a .m4r extension.
Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable.
Open Finder (Mac) or iTunes (Windows).
- If using Finder: select your iPhone from the sidebar.
- If using iTunes: click the small iPhone icon near the top left.
Go to the “Tones” section.
- If you don’t see “Tones,” you can simply drag the file directly onto your iPhone’s name in the sidebar.
Add the ringtone file:
- Drag and drop the .m4r file into the Tones area.
- The ringtone will transfer automatically.
Sync your iPhone (if it doesn’t sync automatically).
On your iPhone, go to:
Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone
→ select your new KY Agriculture ringtone from the list.

Upload to your ANDROID OS

Download the ringtone from kyagr.com/ag-ringtones
Most Android phones can use .mp3 or .wav files directly — no conversion needed.
If downloaded on a computer, transfer the file to your phone via USB, Bluetooth, AirDrop (for Samsung/Windows), or cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
On your phone, move the file into the Ringtones folder:
Internal Storage → Ringtones
(Most phones recognize this automatically; if not, you can browse to the file directly.)
Go to Settings → Sound & Vibration → Phone Ringtone
(on Samsung: Settings → Sounds and vibration → Ringtone)
Tap “+ Add” or “Custom ringtone”.
Find and select the downloaded KY Agriculture ringtone.
Tap Save or Apply — your new ringtone is set!
