FRANKFORT (April 9, 2021) – Commissioner of Agriculture Dr. Ryan Quarles has made the following appointments to to Kentucky boards and commissions:

Commissioner Quarles has appointed Brenda Paul and Suzanne Cecil White as members of the Kentucky Agricultural Development Board.

• Brenda Paul, Paris, is a farmer and chair of the Kentucky State Committee of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency. Ms. Paul will serve for a term expiring July 6, 2024.
• Suzanne Cecil White, Owensboro, is a farmer and director of operations for Cecil Farms Produce. Ms. White will serve for a term expiring July 6, 2024.
