Commissioner Asks Farmers To Donate To the Ag Tag Fund
FRANKFORT (February 10, 2020) – Agriculture Commissioner Dr. Ryan Quarles is issuing public service announcements encouraging Kentucky farm families to consider making a voluntary donation to the Ag Tag Fund this year.
“When farmers go renew their farm license plates this spring, they will be asked to support Kentucky FFA, Kentucky 4-H and Kentucky Proud promotional programs with a voluntary $10 donation to the Ag Tag Fund,” Agriculture Commissioner Dr. Ryan Quarles said. “The donations are equally divided among the three organizations, and half of the donations to FFA and 4-H go back to the county of origin. I encourage all those renewing farm license plates to invest in the future of Kentucky agriculture by making this donation.”
